The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
  2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
  3. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges of items for a different size, colour, or model. We appreciate your understanding.
  4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
