Refund policy

At Sympholab, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your product, we offer a hassle-free return policy. Here are the details:

1. Returns: You may return your item within 30 days of purchase for a full refund or replacement if the product arrives damaged or defective. The item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. We may require photo evidence of the damage or defect. Please contact us immediately so we can resolve the issue.
2. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed.
3. Exchanges: We do not offer exchanges of items for a different size, colour, or model. We appreciate your understanding.
4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
